MC FIT METHOD FAQs
I have a trip planned. Can I still participate?
YES. Life always brings us obstacles and travel is one of them. If we waited for the perfect time to commit, we would be waiting a long time.
The best thing about the workouts and the smoothies is that it is all portable. The workouts can be done with just body weight or bands (which are easy to pack). The nutrition plan can also be implemented with some adjustments. Though I understand you will likely not be 100% during vacation, as long as you can do your best and commit to getting back on the program once you return, you will still see results.
I already workout 5x per week. How can I fit this into my routine?
The first thing you have to ask yourself is if you are seeing the results you want with your current routine. If your answer isn’t a resounding YES, then I would consider changing it up for 21 days.
Don’t forget that the other aspect of the MC FIT METHOD is the nutrition plan. THIS is where you will see the most results.
I can also help create a customized workout schedule for you based on your routine and goals.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
YES. You will need 2 sets of dumbbells, one heavy and one light; 1 set of medium resistance bands and 1 small loop band. You will also need to have a high-powered blender to make the smoothies and soups. It is an additional cost, but it is an investment in YOU. If you have certain injuries, the moves can be modified to body weight only or just bands.
I have injuries and can’t do certain movements or high impact. Can I still participate?
YES. I will be providing a modifications for every high impact move. I will also address your concerns personally so that you can safely participate.
I follow a certain diet and have diet restrictions. Will I be able to follow the nutrition plan?
YES. The plan can be adjusted to meet vegan, paleo, keto and gluten-free diets. All dietary concerns will be discussed personally.
