Valentine’s Day Cooking Show Recipes

I had two of my GALENTINES, Misa Dugally and Jean Tseng on to make some healthy love inspired recipes. Recipes are listed below along with the products we used. The show is on my IG page if you want to cook along with us.

We started with dessert first. I mean why save the best for last?

The first recipe Misa made was a Dairy Free Keto Cheesecake by Wholesome Yum. The recipe calls for dairy free cream cheese and a sugar free sweetener. These are the two she used:

The second was a keto Chocolate Mousse by Feel Good Foodie. Misa used 2 different types of chocolates for this one:

Finally, Jean showed us all of her wonderful tips and tricks to make Dr. Mark Hyman’s Zucchini Lasagna.

Jean’s key element in this lasagna is the Borner Mandolin.
