Next, mark your calendar and block out about 45 minutes each weekday day for the next 21 days.
Don’t forget to include your challenge days!

↬ During the second week, you will be eating a healthy breakfast and dinner chosen from the MCFM Nutrition Guide and replacing your lunch with one of the MC FIT METHOD smoothies or a soup.
