Next, mark your calendar and block out about 45 minutes each weekday day for the next 21 days.

↬ During first week you’ll be replacing your breakfast with one of my MC FIT METHOD smoothies.

↬ During the second week, you will be eating a healthy breakfast and dinner chosen from the MCFM Nutrition Guide and replacing your lunch with one of the MC FIT METHOD smoothies or a soup.

↬ During the third week, you will be eating a healthy breakfast and lunch chosen from the MCFM Nutrition Guide and replacing your dinner with one of the MC FIT METHOD smoothies or a soup.

Your MC FIT METHOD Smoothie eBook has a handy ingredient guide so you can prepare and shop ahead.

The MC FIT METHOD Calendar has all of your workouts conveniently located in one place.

Click on each workout Monday-Friday and you’ll be taken to the video workout for that day.
