During the program you will work out five days a week.
Each weekday morning during the program, you will receive your workout and motivational tip of the day. Each workout can be complete in under an hour, and each week you will complete 3 Strength & HIIT workouts and 2 Core & Flow Workouts.
The MC FIT METHOD Smoothie Recipe eBook & MC FIT METHOD Nutrition eGuide:
During the program you will be replacing one meal with aN MC FIT Smoothie.
The MC FIT METHOD SMOOTHIE eBook contains 21 Smoothie and Soup recipes, divided into Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. You’ll also receive step by step directions on how to make perfect, nutritious smoothies with the optimal ratio of proteins, fat, carbohydrates to support your training and weight loss goals.
The MC FIT METHOD NUTRITION eGuide will offer specific guidance on how and when to eat to fuel your body properly.
During the program you will never be without a support system.
Not only will you receive encouragement from your peers in the program through our private Facebook group, you will also receive individual fitness and nutrition coaching from a certified professional via three one-on-one calls. During these calls, I’ll determine a nutrition protocol that is right for you, make any modifications necessary for the workouts, help you with your personal goals, and hold you accountable.
